"Hi there!"

I started this blog because I wanted to help others with life's challenges, and lately I've been very distracted. Not because I'm incapable, but because I've allowed my life, and my distractions to take precedence over my desire to help others. For that, I am deeply sorry. It's amazing how God gently reminds us of why we started in the first place. I'm so very grateful that His love never fails and His mercies are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22-23 (KJV) reads, "It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness". Please know that I truly appreciate all of you who take the time out of your day to stop by and hear what I have to say. I do not take that for granted. I'm deeply honored, and I'm committed to doing all that God is leading me to do with excellence. Now, you have my undivided attention. I belong to Him, and I feel so blessed for you being a part of my journey. 😊

As I mentioned in my very first blog entry, I'm not a social media person at all. I'm still becoming who I'm meant to be but with a strong desire to help others. All of us have challenges, and everyday life is rapidly happening 24/7. There's so much going on in the world, and sometimes we just need a safe place to land once the busyness subsides. Even if it's just for a little while, I hope to be that safe place for you and everyone who stumbles upon my blog. I've accepted I'm being pushed out of my comfort zone by being online and becoming a public figure. My once quiet private life is now on display for the world to see. I'm still adjusting, but if it means helping people all around the world, I'm up for it. My goal is to ultimately have conversations with people about anything that they might need help with or just be a listening ear. Sort of like an online community where we can talk through life's challenges together, in a healthy way - help each other get through the day or maybe get through the night.
